My name is Cole Smith and hunting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up in Georgia, I was fortunate to be surrounded by the outdoors from an early age. The woods, fields, and waters taught me lessons that still guide me today: hard work, patience, respect for wildlife, and appreciation for the people you share those experiences with.

As I got older, my passion for hunting became more than a hobby. I pursued it as a career, guiding hunters across Arkansas, Kansas, and Canada. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work with some incredible outfitters, clients, and landowners. I also saw firsthand what worked and what didn't. Every experience, both the successes and the challenges, helped shape my vision of what a hunting operation should be.

When I founded Native Thunder Outfitters, my goal was simple: build the kind of outfitter I would want to hunt with myself. An operation built on honesty, hard work, quality hunting, and genuine hospitality. A place where clients become friends and where every hunter feels like part of the family.

What started in Kansas has continued to grow, and today we're proud to expand into Tennessee. While our footprint has grown, our values have remained the same. We are committed to providing exceptional hunting experiences, creating lasting memories, and sharing our passion for the outdoors with every guest who steps onto our properties.

At the end of the day, this business is about more than hunting. It's driven by my faith, my family, and my love for the outdoors. Those three things are at the heart of every decision we make and every experience we provide.
